A personal inquiry. Handled with care.
This notice describes information collected through the Jacqueline Molina Group website and how it is used to review and respond to inquiries.
Updated October 23, 2026 · Version 2026-10-23
Information you choose to share
The home buying and selling form collects your name and email address, an optional phone number, your preferred response method and language, and any property context or message you provide. If you choose a phone call, a phone number is required. Please leave out account numbers, identification documents and other sensitive personal information.
The inquiry also retains its website entry point, any advisor introduction or source context supplied with the form, the time it was received, and the wording and version of your permission to respond. Source context is not verified identity information.
What sending an inquiry means
When you send the form, you authorize the group to respond manually about that inquiry using the contact method you chose. Sending an inquiry does not authorize automated calls, text messages or marketing messages, and does not subscribe you to a mailing list. It does not by itself create an agency or representation agreement.
A confirmation page appears after the inquiry is saved. No automatic email or text acknowledgment is sent by this form. Phone and email links open the services you choose to use, whose own privacy practices also apply.
Private storage and operational access
Submitted inquiries are stored in the group’s private Lead Desk on Cloudflare. Access is limited to authorized operators who review inquiries and coordinate a response. Assigning an advisor does not itself grant that person access to the private system. Information may be shared with the appropriate advisor, Fortune Christie's International Real Estate, or transaction professionals when needed to respond to your request or provide the services you ask for.
The group uses inquiry information to respond, maintain the related service record, honor communication preferences and restrictions, protect the website, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. It does not sell inquiry information for money.
Security and technical information
Cloudflare provides website hosting, storage, access controls and the Turnstile security check used to reduce automated submissions. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages and timestamps to deliver and secure these services.
The form keeps a random request reference in your browser’s session storage so a retry can reuse the same reference. The form does not copy your name, email, phone or message into that storage. Unsaved fields remain in the open page and cannot be restored by the form after a reload. Your browser’s own autofill features may behave differently.
The website does not currently transmit form details to advertising pixels or a behavioral analytics service. Personal inquiry details are not included in the website’s journey events. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Retention and your choices
Inquiries and related operational records are retained while needed to respond, provide requested services, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Records should be reviewed for continued need rather than retained without purpose. You may ask the group about information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or ask that further contact stop by emailing hello@jacquelinemolinagroup.com. Requests may require verification, and some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
Permission to respond is specific to the inquiry and selected contact method. A matching email or phone in another record does not establish that it is the same person or transfer permission between inquiries.
Changes and questions
This notice will be updated when the website’s collection or use of information changes. Questions may be sent to hello@jacquelinemolinagroup.com. The version displayed above is recorded with the form’s service-response permission.
